SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your order ships.
SHIPPING TIMES (UNITED STATES)
Shipping to the US typically takes 5-7 business days from dispatch. Total time from order to delivery: approximately 7-10 business days.
We produce each Rosavera bra in small batches at our overseas production facility, which is why our shipping is slightly longer than mass-warehoused brands. The trade-off: small-batch quality and accessible pricing without the warehouse markup.
TRACKING
Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll receive an email with your tracking link the moment your order is dispatched.
A note on international tracking: it's common for tracking updates to be quiet for the first day or two after dispatch, then update in batches as the package moves through carriers. This is normal — your package is moving even when tracking hasn't updated yet.
FREE SHIPPING
Shipping is free on all orders, US and international.
DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email rose@tryrosavera.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship at no cost or issue a refund — your choice.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most of the EU. International shipping times vary by destination but typically range 7-14 business days from dispatch.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. These vary by country.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you entered the wrong shipping address, email rose@tryrosavera.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we may not be able to redirect the package.
