30-DAY POSTURE TEST DRIVE
Every Rosavera bra comes with a 30-Day Posture Test Drive. Wear it daily for 30 days. If you don't see and feel a difference — if the back of your head still doesn't touch the wall in the Wall Test by day 30 — we'll refund you, no questions, no return required.
HOW TO START A REFUND
Email rose@tryrosavera.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief note on why you'd like a refund. I personally read every message and respond within 24 hours.
You don't need to ship the bras back. Once your refund is approved, the product is yours to keep, donate, or pass along to a friend who might benefit.
SIZING & FIT ISSUES
If your bra doesn't fit, email rose@tryrosavera.com within 30 days. Your choice:
- Free replacement in a different size (we ship at no cost)
- Full refund to your original payment method
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email rose@tryrosavera.com within 7 days with a quick photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost. You don't need to return the original.
REFUNDS
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card network may take additional time to display the refund.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Email rose@tryrosavera.com to initiate.
